MVR蒸發(fā)器概述/MVR evaporator overview
MVR蒸發(fā)器（mechanical vapor recompression）的簡(jiǎn)稱，蒸發(fā)器產(chǎn)生的二次蒸汽經(jīng)過(guò)壓縮后再利用的新型蒸發(fā)器。只需開車啟動(dòng)將物料加熱到蒸發(fā)溫度即可蒸發(fā)，正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)基本無(wú)需外界能源，蒸發(fā)濃縮領(lǐng)域中的能耗節(jié)約的新技術(shù)。早在60年代，徳國(guó)和法國(guó)已經(jīng)開始的將該技術(shù)應(yīng)用于化工、制藥、造紙、污水處理、海水淡化等行業(yè)。
本MVR蒸發(fā)器采用蒸汽或電熱裝置進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)加熱；PLC自動(dòng)控制；隨時(shí)開機(jī)、停機(jī)，自動(dòng)化程度高。
It is Short for MVR evaporator (mechanical vapor recompression). It is a new kind of evaporator which may reuse secondary steam (after compression after compression) produced by the evaporator after compression.
